Designed for busy lighting departments, this heavy-duty production cart keeps your tubes organised, powered, and ready for rapid deployment, whether you’re in a studio, on location, or in prep.

Holding up to 40 tubes (configured as 20 x 2ft and 20 x 4ft, or 40 x 4ft), it provides secure storage and an efficient way to manage high-volume Astera lighting kits and wider production gear. On set, that means faster turnarounds, cleaner setups, and less time untangling cables or searching for charged fixtures across your production kit.

At the steering end, the open side gives access to a dedicated mounting panel for PowerBox units. Integrated pass through holes allow charging leads to reach every tube, while open sides promote airflow, essential during continuous smart charging cycles on long film and TV production days. All power runs through the included, pre-mounted PowerCon distribution board, creating a centralised and organised charging system within one mobile lighting cart.

A soft-close drawer at the top keeps tools and accessories secure, while the removable upper front section allows flexible configuration for 2ft tube storage. If your setup changes, the panel can be secured back into place with four bolts, making this lighting cart adaptable to evolving production kit lists and changing set demands.
