As a small family run UK business, every cart we build is designed around real conversations with crew working across the film and television industry. We don’t build carts for showrooms or social media photos, we build them for real sets, real workflows, and real production challenges.

Designed Around Crew Feedback
The Folding Cart originally started as a bespoke build request from a lighting engineer looking for a strong, affordable, genuinely practical folding cart solution.
Like many crews, they were frustrated with existing options on the market that were either:
- Weak and flimsy
- Overcomplicated
- Poorly designed for real sets
- Or heavily overpriced
Using our in house CAD, engineering, fabrication, and prototyping capabilities, we began developing a cart that focused on what actually matters on set:
- Compact transport
- Fast solo setup
- Strength and durability
- Practical workflow improvements
- Expandability for different departments
Because we design and fabricate in house here in the UK, we’ve been able to continually improve and refine the Folding Cart through testing, feedback, and real world use.
Built for Fast Setup and De Rigs
One of the key goals behind the Folding Cart was reducing setup and pack down time without compromising strength or usability.
The entire system has been engineered for fast solo operation:
- Wheels slide into dedicated mounting brackets and lock securely in place
- Riser leg fold out and lock into position
- The upper shelf drops into place to complete the setup
No complicated assembly.
No unnecessary parts.
No second person required.
For busy crews moving between locations or working against tight production schedules, that speed and simplicity can make a huge difference throughout the day.
Compact Without Compromise
When folded down, the cart is designed for compact transport and storage while still offering practical working space once deployed.

- Two carpeted 850mm x 650mm levels
- Heavy-duty locking castors
- Drag wheels for folded transport
- Integrated cable pass through holes
- Expansion ready
- Durable black powder coated aluminium construction
- Lightweight
The open ended riser tubes also allow crews to customise the cart around their own workflow, whether that’s monitors, accessories, lighting, charging setups, or bespoke rigging solutions. Accessories are being designed as you read.
