Rather than starting with an existing cart and trying to make the equipment fit, we started with the customer's requirements and designed the cart around them.
The result is a robust, practical broadcast cart that keeps equipment organised, protected and easily accessible on set or on location.
This particular cart includes:
Storage for four equipment crates
A top storage deck that can also be used as a working surface
19-inch rack mounting for broadcast and server equipment
A lockable rack door
Removable side panels for quick equipment access
Rear cable pass-through
Removable rear access panel
Heavy-duty handles
Industry-leading Blickle wheels
Pneumatic wheels for easier movement across different surfaces
Braked swivel rear wheels
But one of our favourite features is much simpler.
Removable and Reversible Doors
Sometimes it's the small details that make the biggest difference when you're working on location.
The cart doors can be completely removed in minutes, giving unrestricted access to the equipment inside.
The hinge side can also be changed, allowing the door to open from either the left or right depending on where the cart is positioned.
If your setup changes, the cart can change with it.
It's a relatively simple feature, but it's exactly the type of detail we think about when designing a bespoke cart.
